Elżbieta Dąbrowska
Physiotherapist, spiral dynamics therapist according to Dr Christian Larsen's concept, yoga teacher, sound therapist according to Peter Hess's method, and art therapist.
After many years of working as a physiotherapist in Poland and Germany, I decided to undertake a two-year mission in Vietnam, where I supported victims of the Vietnam-American war. Experiencing the contrast between the material and spiritual worlds there, I discovered that everyday life in poor villages hides values different from those of Western culture. My stay in Vietnam allowed me to learn about traditional Vietnamese Buddhism, which inspired me to deepen my knowledge and experience of Buddhism and yoga at its source – India. During my stay in India, I developed my skills as a yoga teacher by participating in training courses in places such as Nasik (Bombay), Goa and Mysore. After gaining experience in India, I continued my yoga studies in Thailand and Germany. My passion for yoga is something I happily share with my students, deriving great satisfaction from teaching and practising together.
